Our child may have started school, but this doesn't mean that we can deprive him of his free time. It is a common practice for parents to urge their children having out school educational activities. This has as a result no free time left for playing. Our child should be free to decide what he wants to do and we shall give alternatives whenever we can. A walk on the playground in the afternoon, a visit to a friend’s house or cinema are some solutions in order each day you both have the chance to do something different.
Autonomy and Nutrition
Nutrition is very important at this age of your child. This is because of his autonomy. What does this mean? Your child now has his own money to handle and he spends much time out with his friends which means he can spend it as he wants. Keep reminding him the value of the proper nutrition, has no results. The most important especially in the beginning is to control what he eats constantly, without causing any tensions.
